Does anyone know where I could get a star necklace?

I'd suggest looking at craft websites for the large metal star pendant. Then you can buy the chain seperately and make the necklace yourself. It would probably be easier than trying to find an exact match that's already made.
Good luck though... I had a tough time searching for pendants that are as large as the one that Tinchy is wearing. It looks like it's a couple inches across/down.
