Hiphop/rap fans - is UK rap finally coming good?

I am Italian but I am 17 live in UK for 2 year now. I always loved rap and I like the scene here. There are HUGE talents here guys like chipmunk, giggs, n-dubz, skepta, dizzee (dont like him though), tinchy stryder, taio cruz, wiley, kano, ghetto, wrench, klashnekoff, lethal bizzle amongst many others. they are legit stars who can break USA (i used to love us rap, but now lil wayne, soulja boy, etc. is all shit) so what do you guys think? is UK rap finally reaching potential? NO STUPID 'HATING ON UK/EUROPE' COMMENTS PLEASE

I think Penguin is right,
Alot of who you mentioned above aren't that good and wouldn't make it in the states.
Dizzie Rascal is the only one who could claim he cracked america,
they like him out there and he's quite well known.
Chipmuck doesn't make good music. nor does ghetto or bizzle,
they were more suited to the garage/grime scene. Skepta's brother JME is better than he is. Wiley was sh1t hot is his UK Garage days, but hasn't put out anything that decent since.
I like kano, he makes good makes some good stuff.
N-Dubz are fun for 5 minutes, than you realise it's the same old gimmicky sh1t over and over, aimed at 10 year olds.

Though im very selective when it comes to what music i listen to,
i wont just play anything out of my car speakers.
Im from the UK and used to listen to UK hiphop a fair bit,
but for me overall it doesn't compare to the states.
Now if i would've thought anybody would have made it over there,
it would be Roots Manuva, he's an ill mc and makes the sort of music i think the americans could relate to more and understand.
But i think things will remain the way they have been for the past 10 years and especially now the music industry isn't as strong as it used to be, maybe if new artist try to be more orignal and make something different from the next man, then there's more chance.
